These terms apply when you visit getknownandloved.com or buy any of our products. The site and products are run by SCG Publishing, Lewiston, NY 14092, USA (“we,” “us”). By buying or using our products you agree to these terms.
Our products are digital: the ebook Does God Really Love Me?, its audiobook, Does God Really Love Me? Study Guide and Prayer Journal, Known and Loved (online video lessons) and its audio edition. Nothing is shipped. Everything you buy is delivered through an online member area, and your login details are sent to the email address you used to buy.
Prices are shown in US dollars on each page before you buy. Payments are processed securely by our checkout provider, ThriveCart, and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card details.
Some offers after your first purchase are one-click: if you accept, the payment details from your order are charged for that product without re-entering them. You will always see the product and price before you accept.
Payment plans. If you choose to pay in installments (for example 2 or 3 payments taken every 14 days), you agree to pay every installment. You get access when the first payment is made. If a later payment fails and isn’t paid after we contact you, we may pause access until it is.
Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, all sales are final and we don’t offer refunds, except where the law where you live gives you a right to one.
If you have a problem with access or delivery (for example, a download doesn’t work or you can’t log in), email support@getknownandloved.com and we’ll fix it.
When you buy, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use the product yourself. You may print pages for your own use. You may not copy, share, resell, upload or distribute our products or course logins, in whole or in part. We may end access to any login that is shared or misused.
Our products are written for spiritual encouragement and education. They are not a replacement for professional counseling, medical care or legal advice. If you are struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, abuse or thoughts of harming yourself, please talk with a qualified professional. You keep access to the course and its audio edition for as long as we offer them. We may update lessons over time. If we ever close a course, we will give you reasonable notice and a way to download what you bought where that’s possible.
Our products are provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot legally be limited.
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and the version in force when you bought applies to that purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
